Antti Kärkkäinen is a strategic business professional with extensive expertise in financial leadership and corporate governance.
He began his career at KPMG in 1995 and, during his tenure there, obtained his Certified Public Accountant qualification in 2000. He then spent a nearly 17-year tenure at Solteq Oyj, a Nordic IT service provider listed on Nasdaq Helsinki. During his time at Solteq, he served in the crucial roles of Chief Financial Officer, deputy to the CEO, and board secretary.
His more recent experience includes serving as the CFO and board secretary for Unikie Oy, an international software engineering and innovation company with operations in several countries, including Finland, Sweden, the UAE and the United States. The company specializes in areas like embedded software, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.
Nowadays, Antti works as an independent advisor and entrepreneur.
